Bending spring steel

I have 1095 blue tempered spring steel strips. The dimentions are 3"x3'x.062. I need to make 2 45 degree bends in each piece. How can I do that without completely degrading the spring temper?

Just bend it.

Bend cold with a nice radius on the inside of the bend. Don't bend over something with a sharp edge.
