bending/torsion of low alloy steels

I want to know the effects of bending/torsion of low alooy steels. especially data from notched components. thank you

To answer your question more information is needed such as:
What Low Alloy Steel?
What condition is it in?
Is it a casting, bar, sheet, etc.?

If you would like to look the data up, ASM International has several books and methods for doing this. A university Library would have a copy of the books you would need.
