Benshaw Softstarter model CFMVRMX 12-800-3300-12

I've a new Benshaw Softstarter,the problem that after input voltage comes,the display appear : Fault 51 Current Sensor Offfset error..I already checked according to the Trouble Shooting book,but until now the problem can't finished..Maybe anyone know how to solve the problem???

Make sure the correct CT ratio and motor FLA is entered and then cycle the power. If that doesn't fix it then it's likely terminal so contact Benshaw and they'll get it working for you.
