Bentley Building Mechanical Systems Extraction Trouble

One of my several problems with BBMS is during Drawing Extraction. After the drawing has been extracted, parts of the duct that were drawn, changes from double-line to single-line. Not all of the duct does this, it seems that only the round duct changes. The elbows for the duct remains normal, but the duct and the transistions seem to almost disappear.
