Wondering if any of you have experience with winter cooling tower lining...

I see there are some different products on the market

Epoxy base product like "Tower Seal"
Polyurea ealastomer lining like "Polyshield HT"
Urethane coating like "Evapliner

My experience with coatings is mostly epoxy based, and the different coatings have different qualities, but the most important ingredient IMO is the applicator. Get someone who knows what they are doing and will do a good job, and even a poor material will give decent service (said just to make the point - someone who knows what they are doing won't risk their reputation and potential warranty exposure putting on a poor coating).

Conversely, the best material if not properly applied can have an early death.

You start asking applicators how long they are going to stand behind their work and you will start weeding them out fast.
