Best Manual For Surfacing??? 1

There are a few "Best Manual" threads for beginners going, but what about manuals for more advanced operations?

I'm looking for a manual that covers the surfacing operation for Pro/E. I borrowed the PTC manual on advanced surfacing from work, but I found it not all that helpful since it is designed to be taken as a class. I'm just interested in the surfacing operations included in standard Pro/E package, not any advanced surfacing toolkits.
