What's commercially available in Fasteners and bar stock that will work in this concentration? Temperature is well below 200F. A20 wasn't good enough and we've looked at 2205.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Is this an aqueous environment? pH? MP35N is used for high strength fasteners in aggressive Cl- environments.

In FGD scrubber systems with 20,000 ppm Cl, 120-150F and acidic conditions many designers will utilize a 6% moly alloy like AL-6XN. Companies like Vegas Fasteners (Las Vegas) or United Titanium (Wooster, OH) manufacture fasteners in this type of material.
