Best Portable Dew Point meter?

Looking for the best portable dew point meter. We are nitrogen purging new tanks and need a way to check the dew point to ensure they are -40 C.

I like Vaisala DM70 best. They have a -60 to -20°C probe. Very reliable and accurate.
