sldsetdocprop.exe does not work in 2011 at least thru SP 1, and converting Toolbox-generated parts to 2011 format within the PDMWorks is perilous in the extreme! I've seen hex nuts and lockwashers transformed into socket-head cap screws, with grotesque mating errors as a result that nearly paralyzed my system.
The problem has supposedly been fixed, but the relevant SPR#: 585655 and SR# (Service Request): 1-1923222253 don't say in what version it will be implemented.
