BH curves for Alnico-5 and Barrium Ferrite

Do you know, where do I get BH curves for Alnico-5 and Barrium Ferrite at two temperature values: -65C and +125C, please?

I would suggest asking a reputable supplier.

The Alnico material will not vary much over that temperature range, given that its coefficient of residual induction is only -0.01% to -0.02% per °C.

You didn't specify which grade of Barium Ferrite material you are looking for, there are a number of different kinds. Note that Barium Ferrite materials lose coercivity as they get cold. That can produce a situation where the magnet might inadvertently demagnetize.
