WHERE IS THE CONSTANT 6356 DERIVED

Its because horses, cubic feet, and inches of water have nothing in common. It's the reason why we (am in Australia) use SI units and never need all these conversion constants!

W = (m3/s * Pa)/efficieny
 
What about Horses who have four feet and drink water?
