I´m installing biodigestors at coffee farms to purify the waste water from the wet mill process, this water come out with 3.5 of pH and we use NaOH or Caustic to stabilize it up to pH 6.1 . The main objective at the beginning was to clean the waste water, but now we are very interested in using the biogas for coking, producing electric energy or dry coffee.
We have been using a Iron particles filter, but it is not efficient enough, I visit this place and see a closed thread127-153907 about using NaOCl and NaOH for H2S retention with 2 stages (NH3 absorption section and H2S) to clean the methane on the biogas to be more efficient and prevent oxidation on machinery.
Could anyone help me with information about how to build or buy this filters? I’m also interested on methane concentration lectors and H2S lectors too.
Thank you very much.
