Black overlay applied to stainless trim - Help? 1

I'm looking for a resource that can apply the black overlay to four trim pieces. The material is rigid about 6-mils thick.

Arrow(s) below:

1) Just showing the location of the trim as reference
2) Top is trim as it should be... Bottom is the black overlay removed.

You could talk to powder coaters, but the masking will be tricky.

Are you sure the parts are stainless steel? Typically those parts are plastic moldings with electroplated copper + nickel + chromium.

The black color usually is an adhesive tape, such as those provided by Avery Denison or 3M:
