Bladder Moulding Material

Hello,

I am working on a project which requires bladder moulding. I need to fabricate a bladder tool which should sustain temperature of 350°F and pressure of 90psi.

I want to know what materials I should consider for these conditions. Also, how to fabricate the bladder tool?

Any kind of support would be appreciated.

Hello tapan:

At 350 degrees you may need to use a silicone bladder. Smooth on has a spray on silicone material that you can use. You will need to make a mandrel to which you can spray on the bladder material and then remove it from the bladder.
