I have an airframe designed in Blender 2.45 that I need to get into Abaqus for stress analysis. Any suggestions on how to get a .blend file exported to something I can use?

I don't see any commonality between the file types that you can export from Blender and what you can import into Abaqus. You will need to find another program to convert the STL file (an optional export from Blender) into a STP, SAT, or IGES that Abaqus can import.

Ok so I found out that a Blender file can be exported into AutoCad, and then exported again as an SAT file into Abaqus. Thanks for the tip.
