Blocking the motion along a degree of freedom for Z<0 only

Hi all

If for a surface i want to block the motion only along Z<0 and allow it along Z>0, how can i do it?

As i know, in boundary conditions its not possible ..
Should i used self contact with hard contact in normal behavior?
Is there an easier way?
