Boeing Color Codes (reopening)

I'm trying to track down a copy of a Boeing document, D-14080. I found user, Rerig, had posted a copy in 2 parts to a previous thread with the same name back in 2009. Unfortunately, the download for the first part, pages 1-159, isn't working. Since that thread is closed, I've started a new one to ask if anyone knows how I can get the first half.
