Boiler and Pressure vessel Law in Russia

I want to know the law about the boiler and pressure vessel safety of Russia. I wonder is there any site that provide the law of Russia in English?

What kinds of requirment is needed when the boilers are exported to Russia?

You know what GOST stands for don't you? Good Old Soviet Technology - spent 4 years there.

I do have a pretty good listing of GOST, NPB, PB, RD, SanPin, and SNIP's. If you run into anything you need a copy of and can't find, let me know and I probably have it.
