Boiler and Pressure Vessel regulation in Netherlands

Hello,

I know that in Netherlands boiler and vessel are manufactured according to the PED.

But I want to know what act or rule is regulating the domestic installation or the exporting item exccept EU.

PED is not a design code like e.g. ASME I-V or VIII
Normally used as design code in the Netherlands are the "Rules for Pressure Vessels" or in Dutch: Regels voor Toestellen onder Druk. PED is only a directive.
