please any body helps me in calculating boiler combustion Efficiency
and guide me to the best handbook for boiler operation.

Get a copy of Babcock and Wilcox's 'Steam, its generation and use'. Many basic chemical engineering textbook will go through combustion calculations.

You can also use the ASME PTC 4.0 specification for calculating the boiler efficiency. Try a google serace for ASME PTC 4.0 . The efficiency can be based on higher heating value ( HHF) or lower heating value ( LHV) of the fuel.
