Gentlemen,

I am involved in a project that involves the installation of 3 new natural gas fired boilers that are rated at 100tonne per hour each and provide steam at 475C and 44.5 bar gauge from feedwater at 110C.

The design of these boilers is so bar that the suplier has said it will be about 9 to 12 months before they will be operational. In the mean time we have to run our process plant.

One of the ideas under consideration is to hire boilers. Does anyone know of any companies that would be able to hire boilers that would be suitable for our application.

Best regards,

Have you considered second hand boilers? There are plenty on the market with low hours etc...

I have no problems with second hand boilers except for the practical one of identifying who has boilers they want to sell.

Thanks taylorg,

I was looking for the company in Scotland and couldn't find them.

Thanks again
