How do you make an existing text "bold"? I can do it during creation of new text, but not existing. AutoCAD 05.
thanks,
Chris

One way: Use express tools to convert the text to Mtext, then double click the text.

uuugh! Should only be one step.
But, thank you. I will try it.

If you have bold text somewhere, try the match properties icon? Never tried it myself...

If it's multitext, you can just do it in the multiline text editor- highlight it and hit "bold". Assuming it's a font that has bold, that is, not all of them do.

I assume you could create another text style and just change them to that style through the Properties function.

thanks JS.
Appreciate it.
