Bolted flanged connecion , with a full face gakset

Hi every one
I used bulletin 502 of taylor forge (Modern flange design) to calculate number bolt's diameter and flange thikness , but am not sure about the values that i found , ca, any one have a look a tell me if there is a mistake
i'll be gery gratefll
