Bolting material for manway plug

Dear all,

I have a SA-105 manway which has a 304H SS manway plug and bolted to flange as shown in the attached sketch. Design temp for flange is 650F and gas phase. What will be the better choice for bolting and lock washer material ? 13 Cr or 304 SS ?

Dear jtseng123,

The manway is CS but the plug and bolts are SS. Why?

If the manway has worked well, change everything to CS and relax.
