Hi,
I inserted a BOM table into a drawing that has more then one configuration. In the QTY. column header the cfg name appears in front of QTY. "cfg name/QTY.". I only want to show QTY. When I change it in the column prop title box and do a rebuild it changes back with the cfg name in front of QTY. I tried a few things and the only one that seems to work is to put a space in front of QTY. I don't think it suppose to work this way. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Jorge,

Try just typing QTY (without the period) for the name of the quantity column. The period seems to toggle the default display, which is config/QTY. when there is more than one configuration in the model. With QTY (without the period) the column title remains QTY no matter what. This has been my workaround until the BOm gets more polished in future releases. None of this seems to be documented yet. IMHO there should be a configurable BOM and a non-Configurable BOM. The option could be toggled off or on. If its on, then you could select the config(s) you want in the BOM, just like you can now.

pdybeck is correct, and a Keyword Search for "BOM QTY" showed that this was covered in thread559-86883
