Hello All,
I am working on a product that is rotational molded from polyethylene. At this stage, the mould is made from sheet steel and there for the product has a relatively smooth surface.
The product requires some form of knee padding and was thinking of employing some 20mm thick EVA foam to do this. The problem is though, how can I bond the foam to the LDPE surface.
Some extra requirements are that it has to be long lasting and will be used in a salt water environment.
