Bonding silicone to polyurethane? 1

We have want to bond a piece of silicone coated silica fabric to a piece of polyurethane coated polyester.

We've tried a number of adhesives including RTV, Loctite Extreme Repair Adhesive, and CA Glue. The CA glue was the only adhesive that seemed to work. However it was a brittle bond at best. We need a resilient bond like the kind you would get from Epoxy.

Any recommendations or suggestions?
