There are not too many books on this subject.

If you want a book on insulator design, materials, testing, etc., then try Outdoor Insulators by Ravi S. Gorur, Edward A. Cherney and Jeffrey T. Burnham .

If you are looking for insulation coordination, then try engineering reference books that cover many subjects, such as the Westinghouse T&D Reference Book .
