Boundary conditions for cylinder

Hi,

I am new to ANSYS and would like some help to figure out what boundary conditions to use for external pressure applied to half section of a thick walled cylinder (attached image for coordiante system)
I tried to restrain the the faces in yellow in the Y and Z directions and applied external pressure of 20000 psi on the outside surface in red, but I am getting weak springs error. Any advice would be appreciated.
