Bracket design- Catia 1

Hi,

I need to update the bracket (in attachment).
My company doesn't have a Sheet Metal license, so I need to use GSD and Part Design.
My assignment is to create ribs (reinforcements), similar to Rib.2,3 and 4.
As you see, the ribs a created shows what I need, but they are not very well built.
I need to create a create a single Rib ( on the locations of Rib.3 and Rib.4) and another one instead of Rib.2(which in my opinion is not very good, has gaps).
How would you create these Ribs?

The yellow faces show the area for creating the Ribs.
