Hi,

I am doing a check on a brake generator for a slitter/rewinder for board. I get very low numbers for the acceleration compensation and start to doubt what I am doing. (Done it so many times before, but may have been wrong all the time) So I wonder if there is any "short cut freeware" anywhere on the web. Tried google winder, slitter, torque, acceleration but found no good links.

I think that my low compensation values may be due to board having much more PLIs than ordinary newsprint and speeds are lower, too. So I may be right. Just wanted to make sure using someone other's brain.

Gunnar,

Did you think of posting this to the Pulp and Paper Fourm?

Some non electrical types that don't moniter this forum might be lurking there.
