Brazil Heavy Construction Costing Sources

Hi All,

I'm doing some high level costing estimation for some sites in Brazil, and have used the RS Means process in the past. I'm wondering if there are any similar costing reference sources that exist for Brazil/South America?

I've tried the Brazilian National Indices (

but they require proof of citizenship! Are there alternatives?

If that's all we have out there, and worst case scenario does anyone know of RS Means-type costing factors by location (i.e. major city), that I can just apply to North American unit costs?
