Break line on top of text (Drafting)

Do I have any easy method to break lines top of 2D text?

I have tried Blank Background but it is not ok as it adds Blank Background also for leaders and this is not allowed for my case.
Maybe there is a way to remove Blank Background?

Not really but still on my to do list. The best way would be to use Blank Background for text and with no background for leader. The problem is that that the white background for leader can be removed only by administrators and most probably I will not get this modification.

This means I would have to do it the hard way:
1. Make a rectangle from text
2. Intersect rectangle with each line from desired view
3. Break somehow the line
4. Delete unused line

I suppose it should work like this.
