BREAKING A VIEW ON DRAWING

is there any way you can break a view and shorten it.
i have very long assembly so i have to scale it way down to fit on the border and it hard to tell what is going on.

Just change the view to broken. Beware, you can not unbreak a view in releases below WF4.
