I'm considering a career change into the Oil industry. I am an engineer that has worked in different (but somewhat related fields), and a lot of the job postings I see in the oil industry have the requirement of completion of Breakout Exam/Progression Checklist. Can someone shed some light on what this exam/checklist is? Is it a specific training / exam related to the industry? Are there any resources I can look at that will give me a better idea?
