Good morning all. I manage a production facility in Baltimore. Our building is brick building built in the 1940's. The brick and mortar are deteriorating. Reapplying mortar seems easy enough. Is there a recommended coating to be applied to the brick that would help preserve it? I appreciate your insights.

You can apply fiberglass to the brick. I recall this process being used for earthquake retrofits. The fiberglass is transparent so you still get the brick appearance.
