Broached or swaged captive nut or stud in PCB

Is anyone out there aware of a metal swaged or broached captive nut or stud used for FR-4 (G-10) fiberglass printed circuit boards? These would be used for ground terminations on the PCB and be made of non-corroding materials (e.g. something besides carbon steel like aluminum, plated brass, or stainless steel). Note that these would not include press-in captive hardware like those from PEM.

Whats wrong with PEM's "K" series fasteners which are specifically designed for use in PCB's?? The are available in stainless steel..

Have you looked at all of PEM's offerings? Without knowing more about your application, I'm wondering if one of the broaching-type or SMT fasteners that PEM has will work for you.

Folks-
I suppose I wasn't clear on what I was asking for when I said "broaching." PEM nuts are broaching but I suppose I never put the two together. The problem with these is that the torque-out and pull-out values are way too low. A rivet or swage style is what I'm looking for. Unclesyd: the Hansen site has rivnuts down to 6-32 size but it was unclear if the process was applicable to a material other than sheet metal. We're looking for 4-40 size applicable to PCB material (FR-4 aka G10).
