Broadband ultrasound generators and sensors

I would like have ultrasound transducers/generators and sensors in the 1khz-100khz range. Response must not be flat in the frequency range.
I do not know what technology I have to use. Does ceramics covers the range?

ABout the best there is in transducers & generators out there, but they aren't cheap.
