Broken Dims

Is there not a way to show the "zig-zag" on a dimension line for a broken dim?

I want to add the blue zig-zag and remove the part of the dimension line between pts A and B.

I don't think you can do that with CATIA, unless you do it to a Radius dimension.

You can clip a dimension line, but that removes one side or another. And you can interrupt extension lines, but not the dimension line.

You can break a view, but the dimension lines will not be broken.

I've never seen dimensions broken like that - which drafting standard permits that?
