Broken views with 2D compare in Teamcenter

My company produces lots of long, slender parts (motor driveshafts) so we use a lot of broken views in our drafting. I noticed after starting work here that broken views in NX shift the view location on the field of drawing very slightly when they update. This, in turn, dramatically reduces the effectiveness of the 2D compare feature in Teamcenter when you're trying to check a revision to the drawing. Even though most of your dimensions may be the same, everything is highlighted red and green because the broken views and/or associated dimensions shifted a bit.
Does anyone have a solution or workaround to this issue?

NX version 8.5.3.3
Teamcenter 9.1.2.3
Windows 7

I assume you are doing the 2D compare in Visview or vismock up. NX has a tool built in to check if dimensions have changed. Look into track drawing changes. This will tell you if something changes, jumps and or get modified. the issue with this tool is that you need to make a snapshot before you make your changes. The overlay inside of NX will not work that well due to the fact the view is moving a little bit when being updated. Do these broken views have anchor points? Could you move this anchor point to be at one end of your part or the other?
