Hello Community,

How to control a low resistance on brushless dc motor? Although low resistance is caused by the degradation of the insulation of the windings but mine is working fine and I'm not sure about any other issue. Pls suggest what should I do to control it?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Finch24 Low resistance in what? Insulation resistance (e.g. "meggar")? Circuit resistance (and which circuit)?

If the insulation resistance is low then either the insulation has picked up some surface contamination or absorbed some moisture. Might possibly be something passed through the internals and physically damaged the insulation on a portion of the winding. Some other things you should probably feed into the thread are answers to the following: 1) how did you measure it if it was operating? 2) Did you correct it to a "standard" temperature? 3) How does it track over time?
