Brushless DC Motors and Drives

I am looking for a Brushless DC Motor at the highest Hp posible.
Specks -
Voltage 48 to 96 VDC Max
4000 RPM Min
Also I need a drive to controle the motor. I was thinking a Current controled Motor would be Ideal for this system as it runs on batterys and ramp speed and speed controle would be secondary.

Winding 03 is allows to reach 4000 RPM with 60VDC.
And current mode amp with trapezoidal commutation maybe PIC-25/50 for 48VDC or PIC-20/100 for up to 100VDC from world servo leader Elmo (

Pls pay attention that moment and speed (not HP) are defined as basic parameters for brushless motors.
