Does anyone here have experience in using BS 6399-Part 2 Wind Loads and used it to calculate wind loads on unclad structures.

I have found it difficult to find any good references or commentaries on calculating wind loads on Industrial structures which are tyically tall and unclad.

Right now, my problem is that I am designing a reactor structure building and design basis asks for calcualtion of wind loads as per BS 6399 - Part 2 . The structure is about 15 m x 12 m in plan and about 70 m tall steel braqces structure. Can anybody give me a good reference for wind load calculation on this type of open multiple structure. Typically there is calculation of solidity ratio based on which coefficients are worked out with load applied on all exposed structural members with shielding considered on frame members behind. But there is no mention of this in BS 6399 - Part2 .

Thanks
Pradeep
