A.3.1.4(d), the maximum allowable seat leakage is 100 mm3/s per mm of ND = 150 ml/min per in of DN, for all valve types except check ones (that are allowed two times the above mentioned leakage). Shell MESC SPE 77/306 specification in now withdrawn, as it has been superseded by Shell MESC SPE 77/200 in June 2007. Hope this helps, 'NGL Upvote 0 Downvote
