BSMET vs. BSME (Part 2)

Hey, guys!

Just following up with the decision I made as a young engineering student a little more than 5 years ago, referenced by this thread: thread404-368698

Currently working as a design engineer for a company that makes gas turbine engines outside of my home state and thankfully I'm making pretty good money for my age with low to moderate levels of work stress. Needless to say pursuing the BSME instead of the BSMET was worth it - I ended up enrolling at the main campus and graduated 2nd in my class.

If you're reading this and you're trying to decide between a traditional Engineering degree and an Engineering Technology degree, then take my word for it and go the extra mile for the traditional Engineering degree if you have the resources. It could mean the difference between an enjoyable vs. dreadful working environment.
