Buckling and lateral torsional buckling

Hey guys i have a question. I have a portal frame like the one attached, where i have timber at 1070 at the rafter. My question is can those timber construction be regarded as bracing against lateral torsional buckling ( Moment) and buckling ( Normal force) pr 1070?

You posted this in the concrete forum, try the steel or the structural (other topics) forums.

But, to shortly answer your question, I don't believe you'll get sufficient bracing with the wood. Depends on the wood stiffness and connection to the frame, though.
