budgetary price for crude oil pump

Dear All

I need a budgetary price for following pumps.

Q= 12000 barrels per day
Power = 2700 HP
(Diesel engine)
QTy: 12
------------------------
Q= 1200 barrels per day
Power = 950 HP
(Diesel engine)
QTy: 140

Is there anybody who can help me??
