Why don't you ask a pump supplier?

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

For rough estimates I suggest $1500/HP to $2500/HP, average of $2000/HP. For smaller pumps (up to 1000HP) use 2500; for larger pumps (greater than 5000HP) use 1500/HP. Those inbetween use $2000/HP

Thanks a lot. You are right. As per my investigations 2500 to 3000 USD per one horse power. Thank you very much for your kind consideration.
