Hi folks.

As I understand (after stumbling across it after purchasing a number of runs of the software), there is currently a bug in CAESAR II v 5.30 (2010) in which the equipment nozzle loadings (e.g., API-610) are not read correctly into the corresponding module from the piping stress output report. Has this bug been repaired yet and, if not, is there any indication when it will be addressed?

I have no issues with inputting the loads manually, but other users might be cautioned to make sure the program is using the correct load values.

Regards,

SNORGY.

The original release of Version 5.30 placed the nozzle load in on the dialogs in Imperial units only - regardless of the units setting in the Congiuration.

This was corrected in the 110228 build (Service Pack). (If you did not receive an e-mail directly, announcing this Build, you should register your software. This is the only way we have of contacting users.) You can find the download for this Build on

Thanks Richard.

I thought I had registered my software when I was going through the install. I will check again and register if necessary.

I knew you folks wouldn't take long fixing it.

There's a reason you guys are #1.

SNORGY.
