Hi Fellows
I am preparing two building condition survey report for RTA. The inspection I did yesterday, one of the building is a old timber hall which may be there more than a 100 years. It is more than 100m away from the construction site, So do anyone think will there any virbration or ground movement affect transfer to the building? any evidence to prove? Also, do anyone know where i can find some good report to follow.

Thanks for the help.

marcoLEGS...there is an ASTM Standard for Property Condition Assessments (ASTM E2018) and there is a Standard Procedure for Structural Evaluation of Buildings from ASCE.

If there will be any blasting or pile driving, it might be wise to consult a local geotechnical engineer concerning vibration transferred through the soil.
